Biography

Dr. Ankit Maddheshia is a qualified physiotherapist specializing in sports rehabilitation, musculoskeletal care, and functional recovery. With clinical experience across hospitals, physiotherapy clinics, and sporting events, he focuses on helping individuals improve mobility, manage pain, restore physical function, and return to their daily activities.

He has worked as a Consultant Physiotherapist at Yashoda Hospital & Research Centre, Ghaziabad, and PhysioChiro Physiotherapy Clinic, Gurgaon, along with gaining clinical experience at Sukh Sewa Hospital and other rehabilitation centres. His experience also includes providing physiotherapy support at inter-state athletics events and the 38th National Games in Uttarakhand in 2025.

Dr. Ankit has expertise in manual therapy, exercise therapy, dry needling, cupping therapy, joint mobilization and manipulation, and neurological rehabilitation. He is also interested in evidence-based treatment approaches, physiotherapy research, and individualized rehabilitation programs designed around each patient's needs and recovery goals.

He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) at Sardar Bhagwan Singh University, Dehradun, followed by a Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) specializing in Sports Rehabilitation at CIMS, Dehradun. His academic achievements include securing second rank in BPT at his university.

His approach: Combining clinical assessment, personalized treatment planning, and rehabilitation exercises to support better movement, improved function, and long-term physical well-being.
