Key Resposibilities:

• Provide high-quality outpatient, inpatient and emergency orthopaedic care including diagnosis, pre-operative planning and post-operative follow-up.
• Perform a full range of orthopaedic procedures: trauma fixation, joint arthroplasty (hip/knee), arthroscopic interventions and minor orthopaedic operations with independent operative ownership.
• Collaborate with anaesthesia, nursing and physiotherapy teams to optimise perioperative care, ERAS pathways and early mobilisation protocols.
• Proven operative experience in joint replacement and trauma fixation with independent surgical practice
• Clinical competency in arthroscopy, knee arthroplasty and hip arthroplasty
• Experience using intraoperative fluoroscopy (C-arm) and implant fixation systems
• Certifications in basic life support (BLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) or equivalent
• Strong documentation practices and familiarity with surgical safety and infection-control protocols

Diploma or Degree in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing) from a recognized institute.

• Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.

Minimum qualification: Graduate with relevant experience.
